OREANDA-NEWS During the shelling of the Kursk region, 24 people were injured and injured, including six children, said Alexei Kuznetsov, assistant to the head of the Ministry of Health.

"13 people were hospitalized, including three children. One of the adults is in serious condition," he said.

Kuznetsov noted that all necessary assistance is provided to the victims in full. Telemedicine consultations are held with specialists from federal medical centers of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.

"To support the medical workers of the Kursk region, a team of medical specialists from federal centers has been sent to the region on behalf of the Minister of Health of Russia Mikhail Murashko. The provision of medical care is coordinated by the Federal Center for Disaster Medicine of the Ministry of Health of Russia," Kuznetsov said.

At the same time, Alexey Loktionov, deputy chief physician of the Kursk Regional Hospital, said that about 28 civilians, who mainly live in the Sudzhansky and Korenevsky districts, were injured.

Most of them turned to the multidisciplinary Kursk Regional Clinical Hospital, where they received the necessary medical and diagnostic assistance.
