OREANDA-NEWS  More than 1 million residents of the Luhansk and Donetsk People's Republics, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions received compulsory health insurance policies. This was reported to journalists by the press service of the Federal MHI Fund.

"At the moment, more than 1 million digital CHI policies have already been issued to residents of the new regions. This indicates that more and more people are getting access to free and high-quality medical care. Employees of the FMS and territorial funds provide and will continue to provide all the necessary methodological and practical assistance in organizing the CHI system in new regions," said the chairman of the FMS Ilya Balanin, quoted by the press service.

According to the fund, since the beginning of July, the territorial funds of the compulsory health insurance of new subjects have opened about 50 additional points of registration of policies.

In total, about 125 points are operating in the new regions.
