OREANDA-NEWS  The main task of the Russian government is to implement the new decree on the national development goals of the country. This was stated by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin during a meeting of members of the new cabinet with Russian President Vladimir Putin. The meeting was broadcast on the Kremlin's Telegram channel.

Putin held a meeting on the evening of May 14. The Russian head of state indicated that the government has "many tasks ahead." He called for action together with the deputies of the State Duma and with the regions of the country.

On May 14, Vladimir Putin signed decrees appointing deputy prime ministers and ministers of the new government.
