OREANDA-NEWS. Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin announced a possible “explosive demand” abroad for a Russian vaccine against coronavirus of a new type.

“A large, literally explosive demand is possible for such a popular product as coronavirus vaccine,” the politician said during his speech at the plenary session of the international export forum named Made in Russia.

At the same time, the head of the cabinet of ministers stressed that, first of all, it is planned to provide citizens of the Russian Federation with a vaccine.

Earlier it was reported that the supply of the coronavirus vaccine Sputnik V to all regions of Russia would begin after December 10. Specialists of the Gamaleya Research Institute of Epidemiology and Microbiology, which had developed Sputnik V, said that vaccination is the only way to stop the spread of coronavirus infection.
