This was stated by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov at a press conference following talks with the President of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) Peter Maurer. His words are quoted by TASS.

The day before, Bloomberg reported that Anatoly Chubais resigned as special representative of the President of Russia for sustainable development and left the country. In turn, Igor Chubais could not comment on the information about the resignation and departure of his brother from Russia.

Actress Maria Golubkina previously told NEWS.ru that she did not condemn the Russians who left the country amid the events taking place in Ukraine. She suggested that soon those who made the decision to leave spontaneously would return to their homeland.
