Kremlin Reported on Putin's Upcoming Talks with Azerbaijani President Aliyev on Karabakh
OREANDA-NEWS Russian President Vladimir Putin will discuss the implementation of the agreements on Nagorno-Karabakh with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev on February 22. This is reported by the Kremlin's press service.
It is reported that the meeting of the heads of the two countries will be held in Moscow, where Aliyev will arrive on an official visit. It is also planned to discuss a number of economic and humanitarian issues.
"Following the talks, a Declaration on allied cooperation will be signed, bringing relations between Russia and Azerbaijan to the allied level," the Kremlin said.
Earlier it became known that Russian President Vladimir Putin spoke with Russian Paralympians on the eve of the 2022 Winter Paralympics in Beijing. This was reported by TASS.
The meeting was held in a video format. Athletes who are undergoing the final stage of training at federal and regional training bases joined the video conference.
The Russian leader thanked the Russian Paralympians for their dedication to sports and an example of a winning attitude, determination and ability to hold a punch.
The XIII Winter Paralympic Games will be held in Beijing from March 4 to 13. 78 sets of medals will be awarded during the competition. More than 70 athletes will go to China from the Russian Paralympic Committee.
