OREANDA-NEWS. Kazakhstan authorities have decided to begin a phased lifting of quarantine restrictions imposed amid the spread of coronavirus from August 17.

This was announced on August 13 by the press service of the country’s government. “The state commission, having considered the proposals of the regional akims, as well as the position of the Ministry of Healthcare and other agencies, approved a plan for the phased removal of quarantine measures,” the message says.

It is known that it touches upon shopping and entertainment centers, retail stores, beauty and hairdressing salons, educational centers. However, a number of people in groups should not exceed five.

Before that, it was reported that from August 17 Kazakhstan plans to begin a phased resumption of international flights with seven countries.
