The introduction of certain restrictions will solve the problem: the minimum rental time, the maximum number of tenants living on the living space. In addition, according to the idea of the deputies, the legal regulation of the industry should be transferred to local authorities. The relevant amendments may supplement the draft amendments to the Housing Code.

Earlier in Russia, it was proposed to introduce accounting for daily tenants. Registration will allow you to monitor violations of public order in apartments. According to realtors, the industry needs more control over tenants than taxation.
