Iran will receive the status of an observer state at the EAEU, Mishustin said

OREANDA-NEWS Iran will be granted the status of an observer state at the EAEU, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said.
"The focus is also on strengthening the EAEU's external relations. The circle of observer States at the Union is expanding. In addition to Uzbekistan and Cuba, such a status will be granted to Iran," Mishustin said in an interview with Rossiyskaya Gazeta.
In addition, according to the head of the government of the Russian Federation, the EAEU has a free trade agreement with four countries.
"We are negotiating with other countries to promote our products to global markets and receive products from non–member states at competitive prices," the head of the Cabinet said.
