OREANDA-NEWS. The riots that have been going on in Belarus since August 9 are not spontaneous; the actions of their participants were led by “specially trained persons.” This is declared in the statement of the Investigative Committee of Belarus, published on its Telegram channel.

Investigators came to the conclusion about the coordination of the protests by professionals after analyzing the data from the surveillance cameras. As evidence, the Committee published an excerpt from one of these recordings, providing comments such as “after the order of coordinators, people are forming a chain.”

“In addition, there were provocateurs in the crowd who incited the participants to violence against the employees of the internal affairs bodies, thus provoking the force measures,” the statement of the Investigative Committee adds.
