OREANDA-NEWS. In Rostov Veliky (Yaroslavl region), it is planned to create an All-Russian Wedding and Epiphany center, which should become part of the regional tourism cluster. Such plans are provided for by the agreement signed by Yaroslavl Governor Dmitry Mironov and Oleg Zharov, General Director of Voyage LLC, at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.

About $21.8 Million (1.6 billion rubles) of private investment will be invested in the development of the tourist infrastructure of Rostov. These funds, in addition to the All-Russian Wedding and Epiphany Center, will also be used to build a family multimedia educational park «Golden Ring 2.0», hotels and new museums.

Dmitry Mironov is sure that the appearance of the wedding center and the park will increase the flow of tourists, as well as add competition and new jobs in the tourism sector.

Businessman Oleg Zharov is also the creator of the infamous museum of theory «New Chronology» in Yaroslavl. The historical concept of the «new chronology», founded by the mathematician Fomenko, is recognized as anti-scientific by most scientists. It is rejected by the scientific community as contrary to established facts, as it is based on falsification and falsification of data.
