OREANDA-NEWS In Russia, was decided to change the state guarantees of medical care to the population. This is stated in the draft of the relevant state program posted on the Federal Portal of draft regulatory legal acts.
In particular, the Ministry proposed for the first time to regulate the amount of assistance that can be provided under the compulsory health insurance program.
The possibility of setting standards for the cost of medical examination of Russians is also being considered. The Ministry of Health plans to cover almost 20 million people, for which it is planned to allocate 42.9 billion rubles in 2025, 51 billion in 2026 and 59.5 billion in 2027.
In addition, it is proposed to expand the list of operations carried out under the MHI policy. The updated list includes the replacement of neurostimulators and pumps, correction of cardiac arrhythmias and other manipulations.
"The Ministry of Health pays great attention to the proposals coming from the patient communities and considers each of them in detail," the Ministry of Health's press service commented on the contents of the document.
Earlier, Moscow announced an increase in the budget for the development of healthcare. The mayor of the capital, Sergei Sobyanin, said that 1.1 trillion rubles will be allocated for these purposes, taking into account the compulsory medical insurance.
