In Russia, the supply of new buildings increased by 10% in the quarter

OREANDA-NEWS The volume of supply of new buildings in Russia increased by an average of 10% in the third quarter of 2024, Avito Real Estate analysts reported.
"On average, the national offer on the platform in new buildings increased by 10% compared to the second quarter of this year," their study says.
The supply of studios and "one-bedroom apartments" increased by 6%, two-bedroom apartments - by 9%, three-bedroom apartments - by 10%, multi-room apartments - by 8%. As for demand, it decreased by 1%.
The experts also analyzed the changes in the cost of the "primary". On average, prices have not changed, but there are adjustments in structure. For example, multi-room apartments have become cheaper by 2% (lot and sq.m.), and sq.m in studios has fallen in price by 1%. One- and two-bedroom apartments have risen in price by 1% on average.
