OREANDA-NEWS. The site of the Russian Embassy in the UK was unavailable for almost a day due to a hacker attack.  This was announced on Tuesday by a representative of the embassy.

 “On August 19, at approximately 4.30 p.m. (6.30 p.m. EDT), the embassy’s site was disrupted as a result of a hacker DDoS attack. As a result of a large-scale blocking, the resource was fully restored only on August 20 by 12.00 p.m. (2 p.m. Moscow time).  representative of the diplomatic mission.

 Currently, an investigation has begun on this fact.
