OREANDA-NEWS. The officers of the Federal Security Service of Russia (FSB) stopped the preparation of two terrorist attacks in educational institutions of the city of Kerch.

Security officials detained two suspects, teenagers born in 2004 and 2003. Homemade bombs with explosive elements and components for the manufacture of explosives were confiscated. It is known that detainees ordered components over the Internet. “Tests of explosive devices were carried out on domestic animals,” the FSB Center for Public Relations reports.

A video of detention was received by RBC news agency from the FSB. One of the teenagers says that he was going to blow up school number 15 in Kerch.

According to the FSB, young men were members of the neo-Nazi online community. Vladislav Roslyakov, who opened fire at the Kerch Polytechnic College in October 2018, also was the supporter of this group.
