OREANDA-NEWS. In the Krasnodar Territory, a recreational catamaran, sunk near Dzhubga (not far from Tuapse), was raised from the bottom of the Black Sea, was informed on Wednesday in the Southern Department of the Insurance Committee on transport.

 “At present, investigators of the Southern PMS of the UK SK are inspecting the vessel.  This will help determine the damage to the vessel, maybe indicate the cause of the incident, and also reveal whether the safety precautions were observed, ”said the representative of the Southern Investigation Department for Transport of the RF IC.

The vehicle got into an accident in the Black Sea on July 5th. At the time of the tragedy, there were 55 people on the boat, two of them died. Investigators opened the paperwork for Part 3 of Art. 238 of the Criminal Code (improper provision of services, resulting in the death of two or more people through negligence).
