Four training planes and a private helicopter damaged by a tornado in Tatarstan

OREANDA-NEWS The tornado that struck Begishevo Airport in Tatarstan damaged four training aircraft of the St. Petersburg State University of Civil Aviation, a private helicopter, apron vehicles and airfield facilities, the Federal Air Transport Agency reports in its telegram channel.
"Today, at about 15:00 Moscow time, a tornado passed near Nizhnekamsk airport (Begishevo). (...) According to preliminary data, the following were damaged at the airport: four Diamond DA42 training aircraft from the park of the St. Petersburg State University of Civil Aviation; a private helicopter; several apron vehicles; a number of structures at the airfield," the message says.
The amount of damage is being specified.
It is noted that the event that happened to the aircraft was classified by the Federal Air Transport Agency as an emergency.
The investigation will be conducted by the Volga Federal Air Transport Agency.
It is clarified that the Nizhnekamsk airport has not been closed, it is working normally. There were no flight delays or aircraft departures to alternate airfields.
