OREANDA-NEWS  In St. Petersburg, the police detained two teenagers from Uzbekistan on suspicion that they extinguished the Eternal Flame. This is reported by Fontanka.

According to the publication, on the evening of December 10, schoolchildren played snowballs near the Eternal Flame on Lenin Avenue in Krasnoye Selo. They allegedly threw snow at the flames. The suspects were detained on the same day, interviewed and then handed over to their parents.

Now the investigators are deciding whether to open a criminal case.

Earlier in Kaliningrad, teenagers extinguished the Eternal Flame and were caught on video. The police are looking for them.
