OREANDA-NEWS. Some Ukrainians refuse to be vaccinated, as they are sure that the vaccine will make them mutants. This is reported in the study "Who are anti-vaccination workers" of the Ukrainian Institute of the Future.
It is noted that only 27% of the population is currently vaccinated in the country. According to polls, one in ten bought a supporting document. More than a third of citizens (36%) reported that they did not intend to get vaccinated at all.
The main reason for refusing to get vaccinated was mistrust of any vaccines (48% of those unwilling to get vaccinated). Less commonly, anti-vaccinators (10%) emit a fear of mutations in the body and the expectation of new research on coronavirus vaccines.
Earlier, Gazeta.Ru reported that the Ministry of Health of Ukraine destroyed 500 thousand overdue doses of the AstraZeneca coronavirus vaccine. Their expiration date expired on October 31, 2021. It is known that the exact number of expired drugs will become known after recalculation is made.
