OREANDA-NEWS   The Office of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of the Kemerovo Region has revealed signs of abuse of a dominant position in the actions of Sistema LLC, which conducts accreditation of instructors at the mountain resort of Sheregesh.

"We are talking about a violation of the law on the protection of competition by Sistema LLC, which imposed unfavorable conditions in the contract for the accreditation of ski instructors," the department said.

Unfavorable conditions related to the payment of the accreditation procedure and the provision of ski and snowboard training services by instructors on the territory of the ski complex, since the requirements prescribed in the contract infringed on the interests of persons subject to accreditation.

"The department issued a warning to the organization to stop violating the antimonopoly legislation. Within the established time frame, the company must exclude conditions in the contract that are not related to the accreditation procedure and set an economically reasonable price for its implementation," the message says.

In the winter season 2024/2025, Sheregesh introduced accreditation of ski and snowboard instructors in sectors A and B, where the slopes and lifts of Cascade Group are located. It is carried out by LLC Sistema, with which, in order to obtain the right to commercial activity, the instructor must conclude an agreement and make a deposit of 30 thousand rubles as a guarantee of subsequent fulfillment of the terms of the agreement.

Ski instructors said that the innovation would actually deprive them of the opportunity to work in Sheregesh. According to the new rules, they must buy their accreditation in advance for the coming week, and the cost of a working day with a daily ski pass costs 3.2-3.5 thousand rubles per person.
