FAS initiated six antimonopoly cases in the oil products market in the regions

OREANDA-NEWS The Federal Antimonopoly Service has initiated six antimonopoly cases in the regions of Russia based on the results of an analysis of the situation on the market of petroleum products, signs of violation of the law "On Protection of Competition" have been revealed, the press service of the department reported on Friday.
Gazpromneft-Regional Sales. Stavropol UFAS initiated two cases against LLC "Goodwill-A" and LLC "Realgram". These companies sold motor fuel from oil depots at an inflated price.
Krasnodar Federal Antimonopoly Service initiated a case against LLC "Ilsky Refinery named after A.A. Shamar" and LLC "Slavyansk ECO" on the grounds of concluding an anti-competitive agreement.
Dagestan UFAS initiated a case against the Association of Gas Station Owners on the grounds of illegal coordination of economic activities. "The President of the Association coordinated the activities of its members - owners and tenants of gas stations - by sending messages in the messenger. This led to a simultaneous increase in retail fuel prices," the press release says.
The FAS continues to analyze the current situation in the commodity market of petroleum products, the agency emphasizes.
