OREANDA-NEWS  The satellite city of the Zaporizhia Nuclear Power Plant (NPP) Energodar was left without electricity due to an emergency shutdown of a high-voltage line outside the city. This is reported by the Telegram channel "Energodar Svyaznoy".

Almost the entire city was left without electricity. Experts are investigating the causes of the accident and the possibility of its early elimination.

Earlier, residents of the city were warned about a temporary power outage on Friday, October 18, due to repairs. It was expected that there would be no light from approximately 8:00 to 15:00 in the III-VII microdistricts of the city.

In September, Energodar was left without electricity and water after shelling by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). There was also no communication in the city.
