OREANDA-NEWS  Russian doctors called the lack of a unified system with patient records a health problem in the country. This is reported by RBC with reference to a survey by the company "Right to Health" and the Association of International Pharmaceutical Manufacturers.

According to doctors, this problem is one of the key drawbacks in the digitalization of Russian healthcare.

"Now regions and even individual organizations in one region cannot access patient data from another medical institution," Olga Goncharova, Executive Director of the Right to Health company, announced.
