OREANDA-NEWS  Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev commented on new statements by US President Joe Biden on Ukraine. He came to the conclusion that the goal of the United States is to keep Ukraine on the world map in any form. The United States is not interested in returning lost territories to Ukraine. The borders of a country and its sovereignty no longer matter.

The United States understands that Kyiv cannot win. Biden sees the Russian army moving forward and eliminating neo-Nazis in Ukraine. Washington will not provide additional financial assistance to Ukraine until the end of 2023.
