OREANDA-NEWS  Four boats with Ukrainian saboteurs were destroyed near Cape Tarkhankut in the west of Crimea. This is reported by Life with reference to the Telegram channel Shot.

It is noted that the security forces liquidated the DRG around four in the morning on August 24. There were about 15-20 attackers in total.

Before that, the same Telegram channel reported that at Cape Tarkhankut in the west of Crimea, unknown people on boats opened fire on a camping with sleeping people. It was noted that the first sounds of shooting were heard in the camping "Olenevka Village" at around 3:50 am. According to eyewitnesses, the shots could have been fired from a hand-held anti-tank grenade launcher (RPG). Also, eyewitnesses saw two rubber boats near the shore, in which there were 10 people, one of them shot at the campsite. The group disappeared.

Cape Tarkhankut is the extreme western point of the Crimea, from which to the Ukrainian Ochakov by sea is about 140 kilometers. On a high-speed boat, this distance can be overcome in 3-4 hours.

Earlier, the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate (GUR) of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Kirill Budanov threatened new strikes on Crimea "the other day."
