OREANDA-NEWS Russian Defense Minister Andrei Belousov addressed the Russian military personnel who are in the zone of a special military operation (SVO) and congratulated them on their control over Konstantinovka and Kirovo in the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR). A message about this was published in the Telegram channel of the Ministry of Defense.

The head of the Ministry congratulated the command and personnel of the 57th Motorized Rifle Regiment, as well as the command and personnel of the 39th Guards separate Motorized Rifle Red Banner Brigade and the command and personnel of the 132nd Separate Guards Gorlovka Motorized Rifle Brigade.

The servicemen who took part in the fighting for settlements in the DPR were awarded state awards and departmental insignia.

"The Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation thanked the soldiers for their loyalty to the Fatherland and the oath, expressed confidence that they would continue to honorably fulfill all assigned tasks, reliably protect national interests and ensure the security of Russia," the message says.

Earlier, Belousov congratulated the command and personnel of the 589th Motorized Rifle Regiment on taking control of the settlement of Orlovka in the DPR 433rd Guards Motorized Rifle Regiment on the capture of Berdychy, Ocheretino and Yevgenovka.
