OREANDA-NEWS. The prosecutor's office of the Moskovsky district of Minsk sent a criminal case against the 22-year-old singer Tima Belorusskikh and his 25-year-old friend to the court. Both are charged with illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances without the purpose of sale (Part 1 of Article 328 of the Criminal Code).

According to the case file, the guys in December and January bought more than 1.96 grams of hashish over the Internet. It is known, that the accused used part of the drug in the premises of a game club in Minsk. The remaining amount was found by police officers. During a personal search of Belorusskikh also found 0.0375 grams of amphetamine. The accused admitted their guilt in full.

«After studying the case materials, the prosecutor's office came to a conclusion about the validity of the charges, a comprehensive study of the circumstances of the crime. We agreed with the qualification of the actions of the accused under Part 1 of Article 328 of the Criminal Code», the prosecutor's office said.

The previously chosen preventive measures — bail and detention — were left unchanged by the prosecutor who sent the case to the court.
