OREANDA-NEWS The Arbitration Court of the Moscow region refused to satisfy the spouse of the founder of Wildberries Vladislav Bakalchuk in a lawsuit in which he demanded to invalidate the transfer of assets of the marketplace to the united RVB company. This is reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the court's decision.
Bakalchuk insisted that the deal was aimed at harming Wildberries and him personally, but the court found no evidence for these arguments. The document notes that the plaintiff did not provide the necessary evidence for his words.
Since Tatiana Kim, the founder of WB, owns 99 percent of the authorized capital of Wildberries LLC, and Bakalchuk owns one percent, the transaction is recognized as legitimate.
Wildberries and the outdoor advertising operator Russ Group announced a merger in the Republic of Belarus in June this year. Robert Mirzoyan, Executive Director of Russ Group, became the CEO of the new company.
