OREANDA-NEWS. The Armed Forces of Azerbaijan destroyed one more military facility of Armenia on the border of the two countries.

This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan. “During the fighting in the direction of the Tovuz Region, the stronghold of one more company of the Armenian Armed Forces was destroyed by the accurate fire of our units,” the statement says.

At the same time, the website of the Armenian Defense Ministry reports that on the night of July 15, the situation on the border was “relatively calm”, artillery was not used.

The armed conflict on the Armenian–Azerbaijani border began on July 12. Over the next two days, firing, including artillery shelling, continued, both sides suffered losses among the military. On July 14, Baku and Yerevan reported that the situation on the border had stabilized. However, after several hours, the firing resumed.
