OREANDA-NEWS Several people have contracted salmonellosis in Perm, and the victims attribute their condition to eating bakery dishes, according to the regional department of Rospotrebnadzor.

"Since December 30, isolated cases of acute intestinal infections have been registered among the population of Perm... According to preliminary data, the causative agent of salmonellosis has been isolated from the patients," the report says.

It is specified that all the victims associate their illness with the use of ready meals from the bakery chain "Khlebnitsa" (IE Yu. V. Gagarin).

Rospotrebnadzor employees checked the bakeries and revealed "non-compliance with the flow of the technological process, violation of inventory labeling" and others. As a result, three points of the network and the procurement workshop were closed for periods from 30 to 90 days.
