OREANDA-NEWS Rescuers in the Leningrad region are engaged in extinguishing a fire at an electrical substation, which broke out on August 15 in the village of Novosergeyevka, Vsevolozhsky district. This was reported in the press service of the regional Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

According to preliminary data, a transformer caught fire at an electrical substation. There is no information about the victims.

Meanwhile, an explosion occurred in Makhachkala after a fire started at a gas station. It all started with ignited 100 tons of saltpeter, which were illegally stored in a nearby warehouse, then the flame spread to the gas station. The owner of the explosive fertilizer was put on the wanted list.

Earlier, a vengeful man in Thailand tried to start a fire in the house of a neighbor who filed a complaint against him, but accidentally set himself on fire. The victim was hospitalized, and the woman complained about him again, this time because of an arson attempt.
