OREANDA-NEWS  An earthquake of magnitude 3.9 was recorded 20 kilometers from the village of Severomuisk in Buryatia, according to the regional headquarters of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

"At 18.37 (13.37 Moscow time), information was received from the seismic station of the Baikal branch of the federal research Center "Unified Geophysical Service of the Russian Academy of Sciences" in Irkutsk ... that a seismic event occurred 20 kilometers southeast of the settlement of Severomuisk, magnitude 3.9, energy class 11.1," the message says.

According to preliminary information, no tremors were felt.
