OREANDA-NEWS The diversified business mission under the auspices of the national brand Made in Russia began work on October 22 in the capital of the Sultanate of Oman, Muscat, with the support of the Russian Export Center (VEB.RF Group).
"39 companies representing a wide range of products and solutions came to Oman to establish business contacts, from food products to robotic complexes," the message says.
The business mission was opened by representatives of the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Oman Investment Authority, the Russian-Omani Business Council, as well as the Russian Export Center and the Russian Embassy in Oman. The mission participants were able to learn about the specifics of the market and the specifics of exports during the session "Russia-Oman: new opportunities and prospects for cooperation (trade in agricultural and industrial products, IT technologies)".
For business, the REC has selected interested potential partners with whom targeted negotiations will be held within two days. On the first day, the business mission was attended by representatives of relevant departments and associations, as well as business representatives, in particular companies from the food, oil and gas, IT and industrial industries. The plans for two days are to hold more than 300 meetings.
Thus, potential partners from Oman will be able to discuss the export of innovative technologies in the oil and gas industry from INNOIL, as well as dry mix for hot chocolate from Imperial, natural extracts from natural raw materials from SIBPRIPORE, meat and confectionery products and other domestic products and solutions.
Several residents of the technopark in the field of high technologies "IT Park" are also represented: a robot manufacturer and developer of a framework for machine learning robots "Fluktio", a developer of digital twins and computer simulators "RTSIM", as well as an "Engineering and Production Center" offering solutions for protecting pipelines from corrosion.
Among the participants of the business mission there are many experienced exporters who have been working with the Russian Export Center for a long time. For example, the Leber company, the largest manufacturer of gaming equipment in Russia, is an active participant in international REC events. The company's gaming complexes have already been installed in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Mongolia, Jordan, Kazakhstan and other countries.
