OREANDA-NEWS The Russian Ministry of Defense has reported that Russian air defense systems have downed a MiG-29 plane of the Ukrainian air force over the past day.

According to the report, the plane was shot down by air defense systems, along with 39 drones, an ATACMS missile, seven Hammer bombs, and a HIMARS missile.

The ministry also reported that since the start of the military operation, Russia has destroyed 604 planes, 274 helicopters, 24,739 drones, 524 air defense systems, 16,182 tanks, 9,914 artillery pieces, and 22,000 military vehicles.
