OREANDA-NEWS  A Ukrainian light-engine plane crashed in the Klintsovsky district of the Bryansk region. This is reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the border department of the Federal Security Service (FSB) of Russia.

"The plane crashed near the village of Butovsk for unknown reasons," the message says.

According to the FSB, the pilot, who tried to escape to Ukrainian territory, was detained. Proceedings have been initiated against a foreigner who violated the state border of the Russian Federation, the department explained.

Earlier, the head of the Zaporozhye movement "We are together with Russia" Vladimir Rogov said that Russian forces shot down a Warmate attack drone of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the city of Energodar. Rogov said that the target of the Ukrainian drone could be an object on the territory of the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant.

Prior to that, the media reported that a drone attacked a gas pumping station in Belgorod.
