According to the agency, a local resident planned to commit a terrorist attack on one of the administrative facilities. To do this, he prepared homemade incendiary mixtures. It is noted that the detainee is a supporter of the ideology of the Ukrainian nationalist organization.

A case has been opened on the fact of the incident under the article on attempted terrorist act. The investigation of the case continues. Now the accused has been placed in a pre-trial detention center.

Earlier it became known that the Lefortovo court in Moscow arrested a Russian M. A. Prutchenkov. He is being held as a suspect in the case of high treason.
