OREANDA-NEWS. “Lakhta Center” removed the accelerated time-lapse of the storm over Petersburg, which turned into a flood.  The eight-hour violence has reduced the elements to one minute.

 Livni, thunderstorms and rains covered Petersburg "with a head."  Every day the city plunges into a gray abyss, bad weather takes local people off guard, flooding courtyards, roads, subways and shopping centers.  The Lakhta Center cameras, mounted on a skyscraper spire, captured the storm that swept over the northern capital.

 As the main forecaster of St. Petersburg, Alexander Kolesov, told PD, for the time being, an atmospheric front reigns over the city, which brought showers and cooling.  Now the front is going to leave the northern capital, but in the end, it still rains us.
