A Russian student sent drugs to ISIS and was arrested

OREANDA-NEWS In the Altai Territory, a court arrested a student of a local university who sent medicines to the international terrorist organization "Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant" (ISIL), banned in Russia. This is reported by TASS.
A criminal case was opened against the young man under the article on attempted financing of terrorism. He has been charged.
According to the agency, the student contacted ISIS representatives via the Internet. At the end of 2023, he bought a batch of medicines needed in real combat conditions and sent it to the address that the curator gave him. During the conversation, he also stated that he would like to travel to Syria and join the ranks of the group.
Earlier, the Southern District Military Court sentenced Russian Murat Kadyrov to 11 years in a high-security colony for assisting ISIS.
