OREANDA-NEWS A Russian kamikaze drone destroyed a stationary communication module of the Starlink system in the zone of a special military operation. This is reported by RIA Novosti, referring to the commander of the UAV calculation with the call sign "Topaz".

According to him, the reconnaissance boat of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation discovered the Ukrainian Starlink communications station, covertly located and disguised at one of the enemy's positions. The scouts transmitted the information received to the calculation of FPV drones.

"The guys promptly took the orientation, picked up the bird and successfully worked out," the agency interlocutor said. He stressed that the target was hit, despite the actions of the enemy's electronic warfare.

Earlier, the governor of the Kherson region, Vladimir Saldo, said that the Starlink systems, which were previously talked about as a miracle weapon, did not give the AFU a tangible advantage over the Russian army. The Russian military has something to oppose the enemy, the head of the region noted.
