OREANDA-NEWS An oyster was caught on Sakhalin, inside which a record number of pearls were found. I drew attention to the video made by a local tour operator in my Telegram channel SakhalinMedia.
"This record-breaking oyster was just stuffed with pearls," said the author of the video.
According to a local resident, after the first dozen mother-of-pearl gems were taken out of the oyster, he stopped being surprised.
It is clarified that a resident of the Russian region caught an edible marine mollusk in the Busse lagoon, which is located off the northeastern shore of the Aniva Bay in the Sea of Okhotsk. In total, 45 pearls of different sizes were pulled from a unique oyster.
Earlier it was reported that a resident of Samara, Alexander Fursov, caught a huge catfish the size of a man in the Volga. The fisherman called his catch 187 centimeters long and weighing under 50 kilograms "baby".
