OREANDA-NEWS  Air defense means prevented a missile attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on the Kursk region. This follows from a message posted by the governor of the Russian region, Alexei Smirnov, on Telegram.

According to him, the Russian military shot down one Ukrainian missile in the sky over the region. Smirnov did not disclose information about the area of destruction of the projectile and possible consequences on earth.
