OREANDA-NEWS In the Bryansk region, kamikaze drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) attacked the village of Belaya Berezka in the Trubchevsky district. This was announced by the governor of the Russian border region, Alexander Bogomaz, in Telegram.

According to him, as a result, a fire started at an infrastructure facility, and power supply was disrupted. Bogomaz did not specify the number of drones and details about their purpose. Civilians, according to him, were not injured.

Firefighters are currently working at the site. "After the fire is eliminated, emergency crews will begin restoration work," the governor assured.

Earlier, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that on the night of June 28, Ukraine fired 25 drones at five Russian regions, 12 of which were shot down in the Bryansk region. After that, the governor of the region reported two more drones shot down over the Navlinsky and Suzemsky districts, and six over the territory of the Karachevsky district.

In addition, the Ukrainian Armed Forces attacked Bryansk using a drone. According to Bogomaz, the drone, suppressed by electronic warfare, damaged the administrative building. Civilians were not injured.
