OREANDA-NEWS  Employees of the FSB of Russia in the Novgorod region liquidated an underground laboratory where they produced mephedrone on a particularly large scale. 30 kg of drugs and 1 thousand liters of precursors were seized, the press service of the FSB of the region told TASS.

"During the operational search activities in the territory of the Lyubytinsky district, the organizer of the laboratory was detained red-handed, the operating equipment, 30 kg of the finished drug, as well as more than 1 thousand liters of precursors for its production were seized from illegal circulation," the press service explained.

The investigative department of the FSB of Russia in the Novgorod region opened a criminal case under Part 5 of Article 228.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (illegal production of narcotic drugs on a particularly large scale).
