OREANDA-NEWS The Moscow Arbitration Court, at the request of Valery Talyarovsky, the bankruptcy trustee of Google LLC, recovered about 10 billion rubles from the parent company of this Russian legal entity, the American Google International LLC, RIA Novosti correspondent reports from the courtroom.

The court satisfied Talyarovsky's claim, recognizing as illegal transactions the transfer of almost 9.5 billion rubles of dividends by the Russian division of Google to Google International LLC and the transfer of taxes on these dividends in the amount of 500 million rubles to the budget.

As an application of the consequences of the invalidity of two transactions, the court recovered from the American company the funds paid for them to the bankruptcy estate of Google LLC.
