OREANDA-NEWS  In the capital of Buryatia, Ulan-Ude, a "black sky" regime was introduced. This is reported by the Baikal Daily, citing data from the Hydrometeorological Center.

According to the forecast, the weather in the city will be unfavorable for the dispersion of harmful impurities in the atmospheric air. In this regard, adverse meteorological conditions (NMR) of the first degree of danger are declared. The warning will be valid from 11:00 a.m. on January 30 to 11:00 a.m. on January 31.

Residents of Ulan-Ude were advised not to go outside unnecessarily, to exercise only indoors, not to use personal transport and to monitor their drinking regime. Factories and other enterprises called for reducing emissions of harmful substances into the atmosphere.

Earlier in January, the "black sky" regime was announced in Krasnoyarsk.
