OREANDA-NEWS. Sergey Donskoy, Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Russian Federation, paid a working visit to the enterprises of the TATNEFT’s business sector in Nizhnekamsk.

While touring the facilities Sergey Donskoy was accompanied by Artem Sidorov, Head of the Federal Service for the Supervision of Natural Resources Management, Rustam Nigmatullin, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Farid Abdulganiev, Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, Farid Khairutdinov, Head of the Federal Service for Supervision of Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan, Nail Maganov, General Director of PJSC TATNEFT, Aidar Metshin, Mayor of Nizhnekamsk, as well as representatives of Federal and Republican ministries and departments.

The first item of the Company's facilities visit program was the acquaintance with the activity of OOO Nizhnekamsk SSS Tire Factory, where the participants familiarized themselves with the process of manufacturing solid steel cord tires based on natural rubber compounding formulations and the process of their production in the preparatory shop. Processes of weighing ingredients and rubber mixing, rubberizing the metal cord, fabricating tire parts and their final assembly are automated and carried out with application of the high-precision equipment and with minimal participation of operators. The intrafactory quality control complex allows putting on sale reliable and proven products.
