OREANDA-NEWS. Prime Minister Pavel Filip started the today’s cabinet meeting with a congratulatory message for those who work in the education sector, on the eve of the Education Day, marked on 5 October.

«I wish the teachers much success in their didactic activity,» Pavel Filip said.

At the same time, the PM noted that the current problems in the sector represented a challenge for the government and solutions must be found to settle them. In the context, Pavel Filip referred to the need of increasing the salaries in the education sector, which should take place not only following tense discussions with trade unions.
