OREANDA-NEWS A special board of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation with 22 injured in the shelling of Sevastopol flew to Moscow, the ministry said on Monday.

"The IL-76 aircraft of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations took off for Moscow. The special board will deliver 22 people, of whom 12 are children," the ministry said.

They added that the aircraft is equipped with modern equipment and special medical modules, an artificial respiration device and heart monitors that allow medical care to be provided during the flight.

"Doctors of the Tsentrospas detachment of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia, psychologists of the Center for Emergency Psychological Assistance of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia and specialists of the Ministry of Health of Russia accompany the victims in flight," the Ministry added.

Earlier, the head of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation Mikhail Murashko said that over 20 victims of the missile attack on Sevastopol will be evacuated for further treatment to federal centers and hospitals in Moscow. According to him, among the injured in Sevastopol, 14 patients are in serious condition. Two of those patients who will be evacuated from Sevastopol are on artificial lung ventilation (ventilator).

The number of victims of the Ukrainian missile attack on Sevastopol on Sunday has increased to 153 people, director of the city's health department Vitaly Denisov said earlier. Four people were killed.
