OREANDA-NEWS. Heavyweight boxers Tyson Fury and Anthony Joshua will receive $139 million each for the fight in the summer of 2021. According to «ESPN», the athletes will receive this money only for the first match. For a rematch, the percentage of fees will be 60 to 40 in favor of the winner of the first meeting. The exact amount is not given.

Fury and Joshua signed a contract for two fights, which should take place before the end of 2021. The first one is planned to be held in June-July, the second — in November-December.

The 32-year-old Fury has 30 wins (21 by knockout) and one draw. 31-year-old Joshua won 24 fights (22 by knockout) and lost once. In their fight, all four heavyweight titles will be played — according to the versions of the WBC, WBA, IBF and WBO. The first one is now owned by Fury, the others by Joshua.

Earlier, Fury compared himself to a cyborg from the movies and said, that he is still looking for a boxer who can surpass him in skill.
