OREANDA-NEWS   The International Ski and Snowboard Federation (FIS) has extended the suspension of Russian athletes. This is reported by Expressen.

"There was no discussion or anything like that. We have just been informed that there will be no changes in this matter in the coming season," said Lars Oberg, manager of the Swedish Ski Association.

Earlier, five-time Olympic champion Johannes Klebo said that he missed competing with the Russians. "They're cool. I just want everything to end quickly and we can compete again," he stressed.

For the first time, restrictions on the performance of Russians at international ski tournaments were imposed in March 2022.
